Painful
1By oo4chelleFrom the very start this has been difficult. Difficult to get into and difficult to continue. I’ve gotten about two-thirds of the way through (I have to admit I skipped pages) and I just can’t read any more. I don’t care. I’m not emotionally invested in any of it. The heroine seems nice, but so ditzy I’m embarrassed for her and her character is just lacking, maybe she was explained better in a previous book but she’s opaque here. The hero is not well developed either. This could have been a really good story but it isn’t and the gay sidekick is so overdone. Everything about this book is just off.Great book!

5By Mel208I was hooked from page one. Tension was created early on and continued till stalker was neutralized. There was a physic connection between the lovers. Lots of spice. Delightful side characters and a dog.A wonderful read
4By SoapStar12I think this may be my favorite of the Midnight in Scotland series. I absolutely loved Clarissa and her terror at being the obsession of a madman was all too real. Loved watching her relationship with Cam develop as they learned to trust each other. The supernatural elements were also a plus. Four stars due to some parts of the epilogue being a bit far fetched. I received an ARC in exchange for this honest review.
