Description

When polar opposites attract and fate intervenes…

Molly Hollingsworth has prided herself on being the life of the party while also championing charitable causes she believes in. As a publishing heiress and social media star, her jet-setting lifestyle has made planting roots impossible. When her sister heads back to Marietta, Montana, to remodel their family homestead, Molly decides it’s finally time for a visit. Hooking up with a local bull rider is guaranteed entertainment...until her heart gets involved.

Former professional bull rider Wes Granger has been chasing the championship dream since high school. After a fall that derails his career, he’s back home in Marietta to heal, work his family’s ranch and plot his next move. But when he’s saddled with a beauty with green eyes and a smart mouth as his ranch hand, he wonders if there’s more to life than chasing one more win.

As Molly’s departure date looms, the thought of saying goodbye seems nearly impossible. Can two people with one foot out the door settle down for love?

Molly decides its time to go home to visit the family homestead and help her sister fix it up. She meets handsome bull rider Wes and gets involved not realizing her heart will be involved too. She thinks she can keep the emotions separately. Wes he just wants to live his dream but now with Molly going to leave soon he's wandering if his dream can change. Great western romance! Wes Granger and Molly Hollingsworth are total opposites but when they meet sparks fly. I loved this couple from beginning to the end. The storyline is well written. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Kelsey McKnight’s second book in The Hollingsworth Sister series, To Rope a Bull Rider, is packed with emotions, passion, tension, and bull riding action. Between Wes and Molly, the humor is witty and wry, the banter spot on, and their chemistry incendiary. The book is quickly paced with the story’s direction building momentum and leading to a HEA that culminates in the best possible way, yet perhaps a bit unexpected! Toss in an assortment of farm animals and one stinkin’ cute Australia Shepherd puppy and you’ve got the perfect ingredients for a warm and entertaining story. This ARC book was complimentary, provided by the Publisher. I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and I am voluntarily reviewing it. While this is a part of a series, you really don't have to read the prior one to thoroughly enjoy this one. That being said, I would highly recommend it though as it is just as wonderful. Molly is the youngest Hollingsworth sister. She is considered the "Party Princess". She is a social influencer. The money raised from modeling and her blog help her to fund charities, people in need and various other causes. She decides that she needs a break from her hectic life. She is going to surprise her oldest sister and visit her for three weeks in Murrieta, Montana. The three sisters inherited their grandmother's home. Olivia now resides in Montana with her fiance, Kit (the first book of the series is their story.) The surprise is on Molly as Olivia and Kit aren't home. Since the remodel, Molly doesn't have a key to the place even though she is 1/3 owner. After checking around for a spare key, to no avail, she spies a window that is cracked open. She throws her purse in the window and promptly gets her blouse stuck on something. All of the sudden, a deep voice asks what is she doing! Her purse with her cell phone and pepper spray is on the floor where she can't get a hold of it. Her rescuer is none other than the neighbor, Wes Granger. He is Kit's cousin who lives next door. During one summer, when they came to visit their grandmother when they were younger, Molly had a developed a crush on him. Kit is an ex-bull rider. Six months ago, he was severely injured during a ride. The doctors told him that he should never ride again. Kit is at a loss. He has always wanted to be a bull rider. Helping his cousin work the combined ranches is not something he ever dreamed of. Reading about these two totally opposite people come together was a great read. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough but that just made the story end faster! At least there is another Hollingsworth sister on the horizon. This story is written in a dual POV format. Seeing the two characters' thoughts really helped me to connect with them and fully understand them as the writer intended. This is a sexy story that I would highly recommend to anyone over the age of 18.
