Linc and Amelia are both well developed characters who know what they both want. I like that the story was straightforward and intriguing at the same time.

Very touching and makes you believe in second chances at falling I love

The first chapter I found so offensive - delicate subject, “friend” discusses in a public location, doesn’t tell her about objections before but goes behind her back to set up appointment?! If I had been in the main character’s shoes I would have told her that I found her behavior very offensive, but out of respect for the outside party, I would talk with her but only when she was gone, and that she should not try to call me at least for a few days. I would have a very hard time forgiving that breech of trust. ** I really liked the premise given in the blurb, so I gave it to chapter 3. Still want to nix the friendship. Not my idea of friendship for sure.
