    If I keep reading a series of books, such as the Emma Jameson's Blue series and love the characters after 6 books, and want more books to be written, I judge the series a success. A realistic lord, a tough lady cop, and all the supporting cast, including the truly dastardly villian. Enough suspense to keep the books exciting.

    Starting off the story is a little slow but when you get about 100 pages in or so it really starts to get good! There are many plot twists and the point of views of both the main characters is very well written. Just finished and cannot wait to start the next book 🤩
