Sam Belding is a brilliant engineer who invented a wonderful invention. He invented a cold fusion power plant in a very small size, which converts hydrogen-helium into power by using H2O from the air. The power that is created is very cheap. But, soon two of the prototypes are stolen. So, he goes after those who stole them, just to see that the things are much complicated than it seems. The United States Power Utilities want it, but what is the reason for that?
