England doesn’t have elections for political purposes, but it is a monarchy where the king is picked randomly from the population.
The new king is Auberon Quin. Auberon is a young man who doesn’t care about anything else, but a joke. As a king, he has one aim – to squeeze some amusement out of the country. He comes up with an idea to turn the districts of London into feudal states which would be run by Provosts, who would also be picked randomly.
Among all the people in the county and those who a part of the political life in England, there is only one person who doesn’t like the “funny” ruling of the country by King Auberon, and who really cares about the country and its pride. His name is Adam Wayne, also known as the Napoleon of Nothing Hill, the new provost of Nothing Hill.
