Stripped is book two in the Tease Series by Alexis Anne. Kristen and Travis are amazing together. They are 0n the same music tour and after they spend the last night together, they are thrown together for a 2 week publicity tour. This is their big break. The more time they spend together the closer they become. I will definitely be reading more books in this series. Bring on book 3!

Travis and Kristen are both musicians who have a love affair with one another. This is their journey through the ups and downs. It also lets you into a musicians mind. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Travis and Kristen are singers thrown together for a music tour. The night of the last show together they go out on the town and put together a quick freestyle set. The response from the public is amazing and they go on a 2 week tour together. They fall for each other pretty quickly while thrown together and enjoy their time together. They each have to decide what the future holds for the both together and individually musically. A little angst thrown in but nothing too major in the grand scheme of the story. This entire story is told only in the female POV, I felt like I missed being involved in his side of the story as well. I couldn’t quite get into the fact that they have semi strange nicknames for each other (in my opinion). While I enjoyed the story, for the most part, overall it didn’t knock my socks off. I’m really at a loss for how to write this review for that reason, honestly not something that usually happens to me when reading and reviewing a book. Unfortunately I can only give 3 ¾ stars for this novel I received in advance without expectation for review. Any and all opinions expressed are my own.

This story will engage you from the beginning. The chemistry between Kristen and Travis has them fighting their attraction to each other. Their views on each other are based on their public personas, as opposed to, knowing who they are deep down. I recommend that you read this story and follow their journey of discovery of who they are and where their careers will take them. Will they get together or will they go their separate ways. Misconceptions Can they duet together?

I really enjoyed the characters and storyline in Stripped. It felt genuine and original.
