    These are great ideas for a newer agent. As a former instructor at a university I did monthly market reports for agriculture on the local radio station. This book reminded me that real estate monthly market reports are a great idea as well! I will definitely be employing some new strategies after reading this book!

    The book is full of great ideals. Some may seem old fashion( which you should even more so do since other or not), but it sparks a nerve in your brain to transform the ideal into something that may work in your area!

    This book is actually super informative and helpful. Lots of great, practical tips to get the average real estate agent to the closing table more often. I actually had a wonderful idea while reading it that I’ll begin implementing asap! This book is a quick read that fosters creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
