    I seldom hate a book. I got about 1/3 through this one, only because I enjoyed The Last Thing He Told Me, and hoped for a good read, but I couldn’t stop hating it and cared nothing for the characters. I am a voracious reader and I have not 1 good thing to say about this book

    Probably the best book I’ve ever read and definitely the best book I’ve read this year. Excuse me as I wipe my eyes and blow my nose. Laura Dave, I can’t wait for your next novel. I waited, not so patiently, for this one after binge reading everything you’ve written before it.
