Sometimes reality is difficult to accept so Pete lays out case-by-case how the DoD, and in particular the Army, have got here. His recommendations for the next POTUS and SecDef are clear and concise. Here’s hope for the future.

If you’ve been wondering why friendships are being tested, why there is unparalleled division in the greatest country on earth, why we’re told that up is down and right is wrong, then give this book a shot. Nothing to loose and possibly a clearer prospective to gain. Semper Fi to all my marine corps mates.. ( sorry you other branches ) just get over it! Read this book.

Just another (debatably) straight white male complaining about inclusivity as if that’s the biggest threat the US military faces. These ideas are fine for a Fox News host, not SecDef. Pete’s just upset he doesn’t have a Ranger tab but hundreds of women do.

Scary but necessary to know the truth that was revealed in this great book. Thank you for taking the time to write it and may God bless you and your family.

Every time I read one of Pete’s books I get more afraid! It makes me want to cash in and move to Aruba! I can’t believe that these “leaders “ ,from my generation , are falling for all this woke nonsense!

As an Army veteran who recently separated for many reasons listed in this book, it is reassuring to know that the issues I witnessed resonate with others. We need pragmatic changes in our military and Hegseth intriquetly breaks down what it will take.
