Started as a total beginner that knew “Hola,” to someone that can speak and understand a ton after completing the series! Highlights: 1. Vocabulary: Each chapter has vocabulary flashcards that you can use to easily memorize the words related to the theme of the chapter. Know a word? click the green check mark. otherwise, you just toss it back in the pile and try again. 2. Grammar: Each chapter emphasizes a particular aspect of sentence structure. The start of the book begins with the present tense. Later chapters teach you the preterite (past tense) and the imperfect tense. 3. Cultural information: Each chapter focuses on a country from Latin America. There are beautiful pictures and information about prominent culture figures. A must purchase for $14.99!
