    I, naturally, LOVED the Keeper books, love this one too. But if I could change one little thing, Vane needs a little thicker vocabulary filter ;)

    I love keeper of the lost cities (go team keefe) and this book is only SLIGHTLY worse.... it got kinda boring..... BUT. Shannon Messenger will always be the best!

    I liked how Shannon Messenger used the myth of Sylphs. The romance in here is relatable, but a bit predictable. It’s nice that the romance isn’t that inappropriate except for passionate kisses. Vane is funny. The plot seems a little bit recycled.

    I first read the Keeper of the Lost Cities series and loved that, so I decided to check out her other work. This is an amazing book and I keep thinking about what will happen next! excited to read the next few books!

    Shannon Messenger has outdone herself again! Between her Keeper of the Lost Cities series and this one, she is officially my favorite author. I love how this book always keeps you on your toes and the most unexpected things always happen. 😁
