    Learning Mandarin requires a lot of resources. And a lot of sheer memorization. This book has a lot useful information, I especially liked how the categories are laid out. All categories are really good.

  • Ugly book

    This book is not bad but it does not give desire to learn, there is another book that is really well done. It's Learn Chinese - Part 1 by Leo Vallet. I learned a lot of things with his book.

    Might be nice if you knew how to read Chinese already but it doesn't help at all if you want to learn Chinese ... As the title indicates.
