    Lots of character development and twists. It was a great book. My only complaint is the ending was a bit abrupt.

    This may be my favorite Lapena book yet. It has you guessing about who is telling the truth, and when you know, it has you hoping the guilty will get their due. I am happy to say it has a happy ending. Am I a terrible person for hoping so? Probably!

    So overdone and predictable. The plot was like a stale joke. 2 stars for the first 10 chapters then it got so repetitive and forced.
