I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it. What a joy to read this book. I read until the early morning hours. I only had a few more pages but my eyes were so blurred I couldn't read any more. Katie and Gary were the quintessential couple. I adored reading their story. I really felt for the both of them. I loved how Gary gently pushed Katie into going outside of her comfort zone but on her terms like the motorcycle ride. He was ready to step aside if Katie and her boss Steven had feelings for each other but he also had feelings for her. The inner turmoil that these characters went through was just heartbreaking but were necessary to finally get through to their HEA. I loved the dual POV format. Seeing what these two thought and felt really made these two more real and easily identifiable. The only slightly negative who did Steven marry?! I highly recommend this wonderfully sweet read to anyone.

Tamie has written a great “opposites attract“ story with lots of heart. There’s humor and light-hearted banter as well as serious issues to be dealt with. We also get to revisit characters from “Her Best Match” we’ve already grown to love. Everyone has things that hold them back and with Katie’s phobias and lack of self worth I found myself relating to her. I love Katie’s growth as she steps out of her comfort zone and finds life has so much more to offer than she ever thought possible. From the moment her “Superman” saved her from a spider I was rooting for her to get the guy. In the end, will she be brave enough to take the risk and have her happily ever after? Gary has his own issues to overcome. As a cancer survivor and health nut, he’s decided to live life to the fullest through extreme sports and short term relationships. Since he has no guaranteed life expectancy and was rejected at the worst time in his life he has no desire for marriage or family. But when Katie screams herself into his life and injures herself avoiding a spider he’s intrigued by the girl with the changing hazel eyes and sweetly blushing cheeks. Is he really thinking about taking another chance on love? I recommend this author to anyone who loves clean romance. I received an ARC and this is my honest review.

This is a beautifully written story of how Katie and Gary, whom we met in the Best Girl series, get together. I’ve read a few books set in Indigo Bay and this is another winner. If you enjoy sweet romance, you will really like these books. No spoilers, so grab your copy and be prepared to shed some happy tears at the end of Sweet Adventure.
