Probably the worst book I’ve ever attempted to read. This man is a con artist who blatantly advertises his services within the book. Dispenza has led many to believe a false promise that mental fortitude in meditation can allow one to achieve abilities that surpass our reality. There is no evidence of such accounts actually occurring, except from Joe and his followers, which gives the impression of a brainwashed cult. I’m all for spirituality, meditation, and mindfulness, but claiming these things can restructure atoms is hogwash. Joe Dispenza uses this idea to brainwash many into joining his cult, all the while raking in millions of dollars a year on his conquest of western spirituality.

It’s a good book if you like think pieces, it will give you something to ponder. A prompt for life

Very insightful, and helps give a different perspective on other experience throughout their lives. The way meditation and the information of the unknown can impact ones life without them even knowing I found very encouraging.

Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God Chapter 4: by this the love of God was displayed in us in that God sent his only begotten son into the world so that we might live through him.

If you want to take a ride into complete ridiculousness, then, this book is for you.
