Pretty Disappointing
2By jjor2501I was initially excited to read this book, but I found it to be less and less interesting as it progressed. There are some nuggets of wisdom in here, but they are buried under so much fluff. I was hoping to see a lot more examples of simple yet brilliant design concepts found in the world around us, perhaps things that aren’t commonly noticed. What I got instead from this book was mostly the author ranting about the design process or the inevitable inefficiency of technological progression. Very boring.
