    I really liked this book because its practical. I have tried tons of fad diets with little success bc i just didnt have the tools or strategy to be consistent. This book is great because it gives you simple assignments to help manage your psyche through your weight loss journey.

    Very motivational book! Loved it I’m ready to start my journey and I think I will be solid because the author makes you hold yourself accountable! You have to complete homework assignments that really make you reflect in the decisions you’re making and making you realize all the things going on in your head that probably preventing you from a the weight and what’s motivating you to lose the weight. Overall this book is a good 5 stars I automatically felt so motivated when I finished. I hope it lasts! Lol
