The love story was nice but some parts too dark for me.

Great story! Even though this was part of a larger series of books (none of which I’ve read) I didn’t have any trouble following characters and really enjoyed this book.

Wow amazing from start to finish. So much depth to the characters and not where I thought the story was going to end up. Sexy and dark all in one. Must read!

Very good read! Lots of plot twists and turns written from a female character perspective that is strong, secure but very relatable. Even though emotions of characters are present the book doesn’t drag you down into every bit of drama going on in their heads (which I really enjoyed). Will definitely read more books by this author.

i first read tease a couple weeks ago and i was entranced. i instantly fell in love with adam and elizabeth, and i wanted to read the rest of their story. so i did just that, i caved and bought their continued stories as well. the more i read, the more characters i fell in love with. and now here i am, reading theo and allison’s story. this whole series is amazing, and the author is an incredible writer. looking forward to reading more of your work!

Tempt is the third book in Alexis Anne’s Tease series which focuses on Theo Sutherland and Allison Riley who come from similar backgrounds but one has achieved independence while the other is obligated to their family. This amazing book has dark secrets, an interesting plot, strong complex characters, mystery, suspense, mistrust, danger, violence, passion, and sizzling erotic romance. I had a hard time finishing this book. 3 things really stood out to me. 1-the woman can read a person's eyes like an eye-whisperer. It's amazing that she isn't an ophthalmologist. 2-the word "expand" is used way too much. Sounds very, very uncomfortable, and not at all sexy. 3-there's way too much sex in this, and it all seemed like it was trying to be hot, but it was really boring, most scenes were very similar. I don't recommend this to anyone looking for a good hot read, or interesting story.
